• Bank transfers (Singapore banks only)

4.3 Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

• Service cancellation before work begins (100% refund)
• Service cancellation after work begins (prorated refund)
• Our inability to complete the service (full refund)

No refunds will be issued for completed services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and service marks on our platform are owned by DocuNex. You may not:

• Reproduce, modify, or distribute our materials without permission
• Use our templates for commercial resale
• Reverse engineer our processes or systems

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client documents and information, subject to:

• Legal requirements to disclose information
• Your explicit consent to share information
• Necessary disclosures to complete requested services

7. Limitations of Liability

DocuNex shall not be liable for:

• Inaccuracies in source documents provided by clients
• Legal consequences arising from document use
• Delays caused by third-party verification processes
• Force majeure events beyond our control

Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiations between parties
• Mediation in Singapore (if negotiations fail)
• Legal proceedings in Singapore courts (if mediation fails)

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
